Hi all, I've got myself a genuine Honda repair manual for my ATV and on the page about model identification, it shows the frame and engine numbers but also shows that there is a Carburetor Identification Number. Now I don't recall seeing this in the manuals of other Honda bikes that I've owned before.If it's of any help, the markings on my CB200 Keihin carbs are: Product No : 008. Setting No : A. Modification No: A (in square box) Production Lot No: 0D. Book says - main jet - 88, slow running jet - 38, normal jet needle setting - third groove, polot air screw setting - 1 1/4+/- 1/8 turns, float height - 21mm.Measure 9mm from the float bowl sealing surface to the highest (lowest with the carbs mounted to the bike) point of the float at a 90 degree angle to the sealing surface. The carb is definately a Keihin. On the top edge side right above the float on the outside it says: PWK V980 ANCR Inside it has a: R1173K 2AFKP jet needle-3rd clip down from top Main jet is: #155 Pilot jet is: #45 I know the sizes won't matter in ID.
